Colonia Part I

Wherein Alan rides a hydrofoil across the widest river in the world to one of the most calm, beautiful places he has ever been. Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. A small town built up around an old colonial village. Buildings from the 1600s and 1700s, maintained beautifully, with pride.
